Spahr’s is about the only one I can think of that actually still sells wild Louisiana catfish. They get it right there in Bayou Des Allemands and Lake Salvador.
Mittendorfs uses mostly farm raised . Tony’s and La Lagniappe use farm raised catfish which are fine if you ask me. None taste fishy anymore because they are now fed with floating food pellets so they are no longer bottom feeders. Much cleaner.
