Man, I love fried crawfish salads, but it seems like nobody makes them the old way anymore. How does Chimes do theirs?

When I was growing up, crawfish salads were on romaine or iceberg and people usually used honey mustard dressing (not that the dressing you choose really matters here, since it's easy to change out). But everywhere I've seen lately with crawfish salads does them on mixed greens or spinach. I just don't feel like fried crawfish goes with grassy greens like that.

Sammy's puts like an entire red onion in big chunks and entire package of green onions on theirs Not a fan. But if I could find a traditional one somewhere, I would probably eat it weekly.

Hmm. The photo on Chimes's Waitr menu looks like a traditional one on romaine, but the description is not.
