Smoked, then fried and sauced with their fire sauce. I’m not one to think ribs need sauce, but I guess if you’re frying them you’re throwing any sense of tradition out the window, and I’m okay with that. It was three ribs, so it wasn’t a meal, but it sure was tasty.



They also did some sweet potato “burnt ends” a few weeks back that were stellar.



I appreciate that they are doing different things to draw people in.

it's always great. best salsa of any mexican restaurant i've been to.

Brown Butter has had some solid family style meals. Had short rib stuffed manicotti a few weeks back. it was worth going back to get again
