What kind of rolls at Parrains/Chimes for etoufee

What kind of rolls are the ones that they have at parrains or the chimes that come with their etoufee and where can I get them?

They brush them with garlic butter and pop them in a warming drawer until the order is up.

OP,

Go buy some pistolletes (sp) and melt some butter with minced garlic in it. Keep the heat low. Turn your oven to 200°. Brush the garlic butter on them and pop them in there for 10-12 minutes. That's a pretty good way to imitate them at home.
