I am looking for healthy first...and tasty second. What is the best, healthiest recipe you got?

I cooked Mustard Greens with smoked turkey necks and another batch with turkey bacon. Seems pretty healthy to me.

I want the recipe! I will give my Mustard Green with smoked turkey neck recipe if anyone is interested.

TBH, my favorite healthy meal is grilled chicken breast with some kickin chicken seasoning and some sauteed or grilled asparagus tossed with fresh cracked pepper and kosher salt.

Not very "wow" but it tastes good.

I agree...I do baked chicken and broiled asparagus, with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.

For a healthy meal...it is pretty "wow". Asparagus is UNDER-RATED when it comes to flavor and taste.

Try oven roasting some cauliflower. Pork tenderloin is healthy too, oven roast or bbq. Boiled shrimp are another good option.

Boiled seafood is way under-rated as a healthy food option IMHO. Almost pure protein and you burn cals while eating.

Just have to hold off on the beers to make it legit.

Pan sear a piece of fish, any fish almost, in a little olive oil and a spritz of citrus at the end. Cut the salt and use pepper to season. Eat with a steamed, baked or broiled veggie seasoned the same way.

This is my lunch/dinner at least 4 days a week. Good call. The trick for me to continue eating healthy is switching up the seasonings from week to week. The meals stay healthy, but it keeps things fresh as well so you don't get burnt out on eating the same thing every day

Low fat maybe, but not overall healthy. It's loaded with cholesterol. And you burn calories will eating? Huh?

Grilled pork tenderloin marinated in soy-lime mixture topped with pineapple salsa, side of baked sweet potato topped with honey-lemon mixture. You could substitute chicken for the pork tenderloin.

Grilled center cut pork chops with carmelized onions, side of jasmine rice with lime juice, garlic, and cilantro.

Lentil soup- lentils with baby portobello mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery in beef stock. Add siracha/Worcestershire/soy/wine to taste. You could add chicken sausage if you really wanted some protein.
