"Do you remember the old Password game show? Totally rigged. Impossible things happened on that show. Betty White is on there with some other guy, playing the game, and the invisible announcer guy comes on with a deep voice : "The Password is...rhubarb." Betty White sits for a second, furrows her brow, looks up and says "food". Other guy sits for a bit, thinking furiously, and replies "Rhubarb?" Totally impossible.

What you’re seeing are the stalks of a big leafy plant. As someone else pointed out, it’s extremely tart. My mom used to bake rhubarb pies and there were other members of my extended family who liked it. I could never stand it. Yuck.

Save yourself some time and money and just make this. It's amazing. Off the back of Lucky Leaf strawberry rhubarb pie filling can.
