I really like brussel sprouts raw but HATE them cooked. Would rather eat a turd.

Bell peppers, spinach, cabbage... love all of them raw but hate them cooked.

I was coming here to say exactly this. And I'll add that I don't like them in gumbo or turkey dressing either.
Oysters completely change flavor when cooked. There's a weird aftertaste that ruins it altogether.
