I have a couple of stained wooden crates on top of my refrigerator that hold about that many cookbooks and a few decor pieces. My kitchen is decorated in a European rustic style though.

I have quite a few cookbooks that collect dust. My personal go-to is this. A dirty old binder that has internet print outs, recipes from the sides of boxes, pages torn out of other cookbooks, etc. It is filled with my personal handwritten notes and corrections, from the many applications I’ve tried.
Every so often I feel the need to put a finalized masterpiece on a notecard.

Thank you for giving me another 2020 goal. My recipes are all over the place from a computer file, binders, cookbooks with edits, to notes here and there even on the email address I created to send myself recipes found and ones I create.
This year I will print and write everything down into one place. Then transfer to one file on the computer to keep that file updated incase my written folder has an accident.

I started putting them all (scanned, typed out, pdf) into the Files on my computer. That way I can share them from my phone whenever

trying to figure out where to put these cookbooks
Just throw them under your kitchen Island.
Edit: That is not my kitchen..

And there you have it. I hardly ever open my cookbooks anymore. I Google recipes, or go to sites like Epicurious, Bon Appetit, Pioneer Woman.
Mostly. I have some cookbooks on my iPad. The French Laundry Cookbook, Essentials of Italian Cooking, a book on sauces, a book on herbs and spices, etc.

I use Link & Franklin books way more than others.

A couple that I’ve used more frequently over the years are Jambalaya and The New Orleans Cookbook. I also have a three ring binder that contains recipes that I’ve printed from online sources. That one probably gets the most usage.
