Won't that burn the ketchup? Or do you use a separate plate to dip?

What do you serve your steak on?

I cannot process such a low-rent question. Try again without ending your phrase with a preposition. I might be able to help under new circumstances.

Let me help you, CAD.

On what type of platter do you serve steak?

Whatever type of plate I use is heated. I have some of the steel plates similar to some steakhouses and other plates. Steaks get their own plate unless I serve on one of my prized ceramic divider plates. Otherwise, side dishes are served on the side off the steak vessel. The butter sizzles regardless of the vessel.

You're welcome.

We have a set of pewter plates I like to use for steaks (wilton armetale, or something like that; I think they're actually an alloy, but look like pewter)
