What cuisine fusions do you want to see more of?

Korean/Mexican fusion is great. That’s been my got to for fusion restaurants lately. But also, been there done that.

I’ve been craving some Ethiopian/Italian. I haven’t had that in a while.

Interesting. Don’t think I’ve ever had Ethiopian food much less Ethiopian Italian fusion. I’m sure those countries hate each other

With that joke out of the way, Ethiopian food at this restaurant in Atlanta called Desta Kitchen is incredible.
