What BTU burner to fry a turkey?

I’ve got a few but not one that came with a kit.

I've got 2 burners and have no clue what BTU they are capable of, but do know they get a crawfish pot up to boil in about 15 minutes, and that's good enough to fry turkeys.
Oh, and mine are the single outlet directly under the center of the pot type burners.

Ok, I guess I should have asked if a crawfish jet burner style was overkill. Sounds like I’m ok.

You'll be fine as long as you keep tabs on the temperature of the oil and adjust as needed.

You don't need a crazy powerful burner for frying turkeys. It's not like boiling crawfish...You'll be fine with a crawfish jet burner. Use the deflector shield to disburse the flame if your burner has that.
