What are your top 3 Bloody Mary accoutrements?

Tough question I know. But if I had to go with 3 it’s the spiced bean, jalapeño/garlic stuffed olive, pickle quail egg.

Spiced Green Been is the pinnacle of accoutrements.
Green Olive/Stuffed or not.
Celery if crisp and fresh.
I don't like the Bloody Mary meals that contain a soft shell crab or 1/2 pound of bacon. The meat straw is also somewhat ridiculous.

It was tough leaving pickled okra out of my top 3. It got bumped by pickled quail egg, which is fantastic imho.
