Pork Rice dressing, my MaMaw's potatoes in white sauce and collard greens.
I'm transitioning from a gas stove to an electric, and I bought the wrong kind of rice. Plus, my grocery didn't have fresh collards so I had to buy bagged and they were not trimmed to my satisfaction.
I've made this same meal a thousand times and this is the first time it hasn't come out like I wanted. We were hungry so it sufficed. Other half had two servings and swears it was good, so either he was starving or he really loves me
