Fresh spinach before cooking it down with a little garlic
Shrimp seasoned with oregano and lemon, cooked in a blend of olive oil and peanut oil
Finished in a red sauce over linguine, garlic spinach, and a half filet of leftover catfish

It was, thanks. These shrimp were 9.99/lb today at Albertsons, headed and peeled.
They were big and I only bought one pound. Fed 4 people, with a small bit of leftovers.

Wife fixed us some Cobb salads earlier, but mine has been sitting on the dinning table while I was watching the game.
