Insta Pot chicken and rice
Worked much better than I thought it would. Pleasantly surprised and it should help me and Mrs KTG when we need to make a quick meal for the family on a busy week night.

Attempted Detroit style pizza. Made in a 9" X 13" cake pan. Okay for about the first 1.5" of crust, had good texture, but the rest was under cooked. Corners were okay, mostly cooked properly, but the inter 4 slices were not close to being properly cooked. When I had it up there it was in a ~5" x 8" pan, guess that's the secret.
