There are more humane ways to kill a pig than hanging.

You're a pretty funny chap.

I gave him his choice, that's what he chose. He climbed up the ladder on his own.

I was asked to participate in a BBQ chicken competition next month. Never having competed in BBQ I wanted to do a trial run before committing. Of course this makes for great dinner too.

Sushi in Los Alamitos with the kid. Edamame, miso, vegetable and shrimp tempura, a couple rolls, and a couple orders of sashimi. And one large Asahi.

Looks delicious! I've tried my best to like lamb, it's too subtle a taste for my taste buds.
Chili dogs here, that's flavor

Turned out great. Very easy.
Rub 4 chops with olive oil.
In a bowl mix 1/2tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp salt, chopped sprig of fresh rosemary. Rub over chops.

Under broiler cook about 5 min then flip and cook for 3 more.

Perfect medium rare with a nice buttery flavor.
