I'll be trying the cauliflower rice soon, darla. How's the cauliflower rice dressing taste?

Jack for the record it works well with different rice substitutes. Even used it in an Indian dish.

I could've cooked the cauliflower a bit longer, but the overall dressing flavor is there.

You just put it through a food processor? Curious how you get a good texture withou mushing it.

No food processor.


I add nothing to the skillet, because I'm trying to avoid mush. It's frozen and you want to cook it and dry it out. No moisture. I took a video, forgetting that I can't post it here.

Almost 4 yr. old grandson's 1st trip to Nola and Mr. B"s. Suggested he join me with the BBQ shrimp but he opted for for kids' chicken tenders , fries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
