I did have some leftover burrito not long before. So maybe it could be considered dessert! The honey was the main event - local stuff from the farmers market, infused with cinnamon and the likes - super good.

And I'm not a big fan of coconut milk. It's probably my least favorites of the non dairy options. I prefer rice or almond, but every 6'months or so I give coconut another chance

I think the rule is monthe with "r", not ending in r. And, January into April is usually awesome.
