Sautéed Brussels sprouts in coconut oil, s&p... served over rice with an avocado and a dash of liquid aminos. Cold water

I made some 90 second low carb bread with almond meal, flax seed, an egg, butter, and baking powder. Microwave for 90 seconds, cut it open, then toast it. It's good!

Yep. If you try it, toasting the bread is key. I did it in the skillet, but however you do it, don't leave this step out (from what I've read). It's ready to eat after the microwaving, but toasting it makes it mo' bettah.

I didn't taste it on its own, but only as a part of the burger. It was very good!
