Wrapped some mustard drippin' honey wheat bread around a couple links of McCains, jalapeño green onion sausage. Package had been opened, said "best to use by March of 2016. I only found 1 green spot that wasn't onion, wiped it off.

We paneed speckled trout this evening that was beyond outstanding. Sweet corn hush puppies, fresh cut potato fries, onion rings, and Cole slaw all rounded out the pancake mix dusted specks.
Specks were divine.
