Used the insta pot for the first time. Had this meal planned, but then I worked an extra two hours so I made a rush stew.

Browned some stew meat, then sauteed some onions and carrots and celery. Added potatoes and some cabernet and let it cook for 35 minutes. Came out delicious.

I am going to survive these two weeks without a stove or oven (renovations)after all.

I'm using mine for the first time tomorrow. Trying a pulled pork recipe I've had success with in my slow cooker before. Figure it's a good way to break it in and see how it compares

I'm doing pulled pork tonight. My BGE may stay under it's cover the entire summer.
