Tell em girl
Yep he will be 29 or 30 when he hits free agency and I could see a team throw 200+ at him if he stays at a level close to current
His contract is such a goddamn bargain. If he were a free agent this offseason he would command so much
As long as owners were forced to spend at least a minimum I would have no problem with non gtd deals.
That's not my point. If you don't think a lot of NBA or MLB players don't check out after their payday you are kidding yourself and I think it would give teams a chance to improve faster and give younger players a chance to make a team if a 35 yr old didn't have 100 million still owed
I mean in general. For example I guarantee you a guy like Pablo Sandoval would bust his arse in the gym if he only had 30 million gtd rather than all 95
So the NHL, NBA and MLB all have fully GTD deals and we know their respective unions would never give that up but do you think that those leagues would be better if deals were only partially GTD like in NFL. Teams would be able to rebuild quicker and players would continue to give max effort rather than get comfortable after getting their payday. Now I'm pro player and not pro owner so you could force teams to spend a minimum amount(salary floor- only MLB needs this)
You do know that FSU will get to cut out what they want right
He's having a pretty good year and it's even more magnified when looking at how bad their mets offense has been at times. He will almost certainly opt out and I think some team will throw $200+ million at him, do you think the Wilpons pay up or will they save the money for Thor,Degrom, etc?

Guy is popular as hell. I would live it up like he is
its a shame he let Peyton off the hook for his PED use
So then Peyton's records should be tainted right?
No problem with his punishment but I thought rape convictions were 7-9 years at max?
Eh they will front load it and they won't have to pay real qb money for atleast 3 years
According to Ian Rapaport, the deal would come out 6-114.5 , 59 million guaranteed fully and 70 million + in overall guarantees
