Wow Mr. Balls

What does a landmass guy have to do to get an invite to eat at your fish camp?

Just show up MD. These were caught at the Landmass River fish camp this weekend and fried at the crib in the greater Rayvegas region this evening. Regardless, a man of your ilk is welcome to stop by either whenever.

I had one black drum filet left in the seafood drawer of the fridge and a cup of deveined shrimp.
I mixed some pecans up in my food processor and tossed in some stale french bread.
I made a seasoned flour with white pepper and redfish seasoning. Lightly floured the fish, eggwashed it, then pan fried in clarified butter until the fish was golden brown, then finished it off in the oven at 350* for ten minutes.
In a skillet I sauteed jalapeno slivers, red peppers and bell pepper with shrimp and finished off with Buckee's brand red jalapeno jelly and some squeezed lemon juice. removed shrimp and reduced sauce. Topped the fish with the shrimp and the sauce, served with crab boil mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Came out really good.
