Probably not, though I'm not sure. I'll start a thread.

He used a word he'd heard on the radio...but didn't know what it meant.

I don't think I've ever heard a word like that in the songs I listen to... wonder if it had anything to do with that gerbil comment I accidently misspoke of?

Made my own buffalo wings. Homemade buffalo sauce, deep fried them before tossing (no batter)... came out incredible. Jones and I were mad we only made 12.

Fried zucchini.

Baked garlic-butter-herb head on shrimp with leidenheimer bread for dipping.

What was your sauce? Did you season the wings before frying?

Crystal and butter, obviously. Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, white vinegar. Simmered and then put aside.

Brined them:
Salt, peppers from the garden that were made into vinegar, water, sugar, and herbs.

Sounds good. My sauce is a 50/50 mix of Crystal and Trappey's Red Bull, mixed with butter, and then spiked with a good dose of Tabasco and a little garlic powder. The wings get a good cover of Tony's prior to frying. Always a great pig out meal.

How is Seagars, Doc? The menu looked nice.

I think that was my third time going and each time has been spot-on. The tableside Caesar salad is a must. I had the bone-in filet with the au poivre sauce on the side. Sides are served family style and their mashed potatoes are out of this world. Bananas foster is about what you'd expect but the tableside presentation is fun. I tried a bite of the chocolate soufflé and I'll probably get that next time. Overall it's kinda a stuffy steakhouse but the service and quality of food top-notch.

Noted. I have Trappey's here too.

I was shocked I could make them taste so much like a good restaurant's wings. I never attempted before (other than from the grill), and wow.
