When I was younger I could eat a box of frosted chcoclate every morning.
Now 2 will do me, right out of the pack. In the truck, before turkey hunting, with black coffee.

I had a few wings to tie me over early on and then had some veggies and a turkey wrap. Probably drink some protein/milk before attempting to fall asleep early tonight.
You already know this, but I will never understand protein shakes when not exercising nor replacing a meal. That all together sounds like an evening of a million calories/fat.

He knows how I feel about protein shakes unless you are replacing a meal, keeping up your metabolism while going about your day moving around, or working out. I don't understand. I'll admit I am not super into that stuff, so I might just be ignorant on it.
I do not see the advantage of even the very highly-rated ones (~150+ calories) right before you lay down and burn barely any calories sleeping. Especially right after a seemingly large evening dinner.
Just eat a nutritionally equivalent snack if you don't feel full ..

Turtle soup = want!
I had a little snapper, about 6 inches across, in one of my crawfish traps this past weekend. I should have kept him and fed him out, then ate him in 20 years.
