Tteokbokki. Not traditional, but since it’s usually just empty calories, I added some ground beef, green beans, garlic and ginger

Made homemade quesadillas.

I have a good chicken recipe for them. Wife (no pics) loves them.

I should've taken a picture. Simple, but really really good.
