Had Indian buffet at Al Noor for lunch, so not super hungry. Made some baba ganoush with eggplants I got at the farmer's market with some fresh baked pita bread I got at the international market today.

The wife said she was done with my cooking. :( Took a ride to Middendorf’s, she had fish, I had fried chicken. We had some fried gator for an appetizer. Saw a nice sky on the way! :)

Found some clearance budweiser brand meat marinade at Sams and put it on pork loin. Was way better than I expected it to be. Potatoes with butter and everything but the bagel seasoning on the side.
