Traditional Icelandic Christmas. We do a late lunch though around 3. Smoked Icelandic lamb (hangikjot) we get shipped over, cream potatoes, stewed red cabbage, peas and carrots, and an ambrosia (kinda) salad. Appelsin as well shipped over which is basically a Sunkist that is traditionally drank on Christmas.
