Tried rock fish from Trader Joe's. 4/10. Do not recommend. Not a good tasting fish and so fragile it's difficult to even flip it and have it stay in one piece.

Agree. Never got it from Trader Joe's, but I have ordered rock fish in Maryland, thinking it was going to be really special, and it wasn't.

Fresh caught rock fish is amazing, but once frozen it takes on the essence of tetra minn fish food.
