My high school graduating class folks are all turning 65 this year, so we had a party. Made a pastalaya for my contribution. :)

Tuscan white beans with shrimp, tomatoes and spinach.
Salad (kale, shaved Brussels sprouts, radicchio, asiago, croutons, lemon garlic vinaigrette).

My boys wanted fried fish. I thawed out a bag of D’Arbonne white perch filets and fried fish.
I added ears of sweet corn on the cob from the air fryer for the first time. As good as the white perch were, the air fried sweet corn was the tits. These will be come a staple.

Went and saw Top Gun tonight. Terrific.
Came home and had ball park dogs, mustard ketchup and chopped onions. Brioche bun toasted and waffle fries. Beautiful fresh roasted okra from the produce market
