Grilled artichokes
Get this every time at Houston's
I try to make them at the house but they aren't the same. I cut them in half, steam them, then grill.
Mother in Law invited us over Sunday Meatloaf.

Chicken thighs and zucchini planks.
Not enough char on the chicken, but I was hungry and they were at 165.

I’d like that recipe for the chicken, broccoli and spaghetti squash casserole

Spatchcock chicken is one of my favorite. Looks delicious.

1 large or 2 small spaghetti squash cooked and the meat cut out
1.5-2lbs chicken shredded
2-3 heads broccoli steamed
8oz mushrooms
Line casserole dish with spaghetti squash, cover with broccoli and chicken. Season with your favorite season all
In a sauce pan, melt 1/2stick butter and sauté the mushrooms. Once cooked, add another 1/2 stick butter and melt. Add 8oz heavy cream and 16oz Colby jack shredded cheese and garlic power to taste. (I like a lot) Melt it all down into a sauce.
A different version of the sauce is velvetta and cream of mushroom soup. I prefer the first one though.
Pour sauce over the other ingredients in the casserole dish. Give it a few minutes to really get down in there. Sprinkle parmesan cheese across the top.
Oven bake for 15 @375 or until the top is a little brown.
