Those mashed potatoes remind me of Fat Bastard from Austin Powers for some reason and the turkey wings look even better.

Thank you for the suggestion LL, I like trying new stuff there and have not had that so I’ll put it on the list. Ive had pretty much every chicken or lamb dish set up (usually chicken), every naan, every biryani, some of the veggie dishes, a lot of the apps. Swagat is a hidden treasure.

Side note, I grew up a huge fan of whatever meat with rice and gravy. I realized about 5 years ago that indian food is exactly that, except with more spice and flavor. Been eating it 1-3 times a month since.

Just a lot of butter and some milk. So much butter that it changed the mashed potato from white to yellow.

Wholeheartedly agree. I went from not being into Indian food much, to craving it weekly.
