We had ham, mashed potatoes, green beans and a salad. However, the best meal was what the wife fixed for breakfast.
We took out the last vacuum packed leftovers from a shrimp boil we had this summer. It had about 8 small potatoes, a small piece of sausage and a few shrimp. The wife smashed the potatoes in a hot skillet like hashbrowns and added some fresh bell pepper and onions. Then added the sausage and shrimp. Finally, put a couple fried eggs on top.
