I try to not blame anything on anyone, because I am my own worst enemy and need no help from anyone to do MD stuff. Having said that, here is how tonight's dinner evolved.
Last night I questioned LakeViewLSU about his burger, asking if it was "Loose Meat". He said no, but by that time the thought was inside of my head.
We try to keep cooked hamburger in the freezer (in two serving freezer bags)that I use to make chili, spaghetti, sloppy joes, loose meat on a shingle, taco soup, tacos, burritos, whatever I want, as long as it starts with loose meat. It sounds like bragging and it is - I am a pro at throwing a loose meat meal together in no time at all.
Anyhow, today we went to Sam's and as my good luck goes, it was restock the freezer with loose meat day, and I did.
This is probably 6 pounds, with four hamburger steaks removed and put into the freezer before cooking this off.
The wife (MHNBPF) loves me and said my good idea was ok with her, so when I finished cooking it off, we had loose meat burgers for dinner.
Sound trumpet call and insert dancing nanner.
