Did a corned beef brisket in the InstantPot with some homemade horseradish sauce. Served with smothered cabbage with tasso, andouille, carrots, and potatoes.
I usually make this for New Year’s Day (with black eyed peas) but I wanted to get some practice in. Came out damn delicious.

I used a corned beef from the store, so not my own recipe, but still couldn't be easier.
1. Dump beef into InstantPot and sprinkle spice pack over top
2. fill with enough water to cover the beef
3. Cook for 25 minutes a pound. Mine was about 2.5 pounds so did about an hour.
4. I let it release naturally for about 20 minutes and then manually released pressure.
5. Remove, slice, and enjoy!
