Ha, I knew someone would ask. Cut up Hot dogs and smoked sausage and cook until slightly browned. Throw in trinity until translucent, add garlic and stir for a few minutes. Add carrots, potatos, tomato sauce and water. Stir and cover until potato and carrots are soft. When done add drained peas and parsley. I do season with pepper, salt, garlic powder and bay leaf. Serve over rice.
