So I hit 100 pounds down today and in honor of that momentous occasion, I had a hamburger patty with spinach salad.

Great job Myth. That is something to be proud of.

That's like four Ethiopians you've lost.

Grapenuts and skim milk.

Of course. No burger patty is the same without sriracha.

Congrats

I went with the chicken carbonna sandwich from Quizno's and was surprised at how good it was. My diet starts Sunday, and this will be one of my last times to eat fast food until I lose 30 lbs.

Nice job, Myth. For me - salmon, green beans and salad - I'm down 30 since last year.

Congrats, great accomplishment. What is your typical diet to drop so much?

1200 calories or less per day.

2 eggs and slice of cheese
Chicken thigh with spinach salad
Hamburger patty with spinach salad
string cheese stick

Sometime I did have some home cooked low sodium and flavor red beans as a side.

Sounds minute, but it's really not. I think of it like this: I could have 11 chicken breasts a day. The skinless, grilled chicken breasts from Tyson are 110 calories per.

Great job, keep it up...well if there's anything left.
