Weekend Breakfast Thread 3/17

I was going to start a topic on my breakfast. I made the Ziplock bag omelette. Started out with a big pot of boiling water. I put some mushrooms in a pan and cooked those down to get the water out. 4 Eggs, Ham, cheese, some spices and a little milk. Mixed all of that in the bag and squeezed out the air and sealed. Put the bag in boiling water for about 20 minutes. There was a little liquid so I probably could have cooked it a little longer. Came out great.

No pic, but I had the All Star Special at Waffle House.

2 eggs, over medium
Sausage
Grits
Wheat toast
Pecan waffle
Coffee
Chocolate milk

At it all except for 1/4 of the waffle.

Probably won't eat again until supper tonight.

Had some leftover Corned Beef from yesterday so made some hash with two eggs over easy.

Crawfish and goat cheese omelette.
