Watch brave/crazy lady eat 30-year-old food she found in the woods

Maybe too many Youtube rabbit holes for me. This lady is a prepper and off-gridder, and competed on two seasons of Alone. In this video she is cleaning out an abandoned bunker on land she bought in Alaska. Around the 7:00 mark she starts to open the expired food she finds and eats it. Would you eat this?
