Filet the flounder to get 4 filets. Remove the skin. Season with salt and black pepper. Add only enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan. Lightly fry the filets on medium heat until barely golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice. The flavor is amazing.

Fried whole flounder is one of life's greatest pleasures. Just need a little lemon and a cold beer.

If you do not have stuffing just score and broil. Baste with butter
