Plenty of turkey left, but out of gravy

I know many may not be able to provide advice since I am in North Harris Co., TX.

Still appreciate the thoughts

Would chicken innards suffice?

Just get a mess of turkey necks and make your gravy out of that.

Just go to a supermarket with a decent meat dept. and they should be able to help you.

The store by my house has them in the meat section. Never seen them before. It must be a holiday item.

Yes. Chicken innards, a coup,e of turkey necks and wings to make stock and you're good to go.

Better Than Bullion makes a Turkey version that's quite good if you're feeling lazy.
