Walk On's Lafayette

I ordered for the first time from Walk Ons. I order a Rib Eye poboy to go. The Rib Eye poboy was described as having swiss cheese, caramelized onions, garlic aioli, and dijon horseradish on it. When I got home, I found the poboy contained only the meat and bread. None of the other ingredients were found. That was it. Dry and too well-done steak. Needless to say I was mad. 19 dollars for this crap. Instead of naming this restaurant "Walk On's, they should have named it "Run Away"

I’ll never judge a restaurant by a review of a take out order, especially a take out order of one poboy.

They may be cheaper but I haven't been impressed with Legends food. The burgers are average and dried out while all of the wraps are as small as a burrito at Taco Bell.

Did you call or talk to anyone there about the issue? Management should have the chance to right the situation before a bad review is made online.

It’s a nice gesture but nobody owes it to them to right the wrong. It’s a review of his experience. They should have done better the first time.

Totally incorrect, clearly there was a failure on their part but to come on here ripping them without having given them a chance to make it right is just as bad. If said chance had been given and not rectified properly his rant would hold more water with most common sense folk.

They gave him a bad product. He doesn’t owe them a phone call. Yes, a phone call before the review would be nice, but it’s not owed.
