I have copious amounts of Venison and Elk cube steaks from a recent hunt. What are some good recipes for this type of meat? TIA

Does not compute.

Serious answer: chili.

With gravy and over rice is my favorite way to cook those cuts. Dust in flour and brown it off. Make a peanut butter colored roux with the drippings, add a bunch of sliced onions, garlic, and beef broth. Mushrooms added towards the end. I do it in crock pot all the time.

Elk is technically venison but I'm assuming you mean white tail and elk?

Elk is great like beef any beef recipe will due. If you don't mind it a little chewy, I love venison kabobs. Cook them on high heat very fast, I like to marinate them any number of things dale's, teriaki, etc. Don't mix venison with vegetables on skewers as the venison needs much less time on heat, do veggie skewers and then skewers of all meat.

All kinds of stew recipes.

Anything meant for lamb, is great for venison. Greek food is a great place to start for recipes.

This is a really good easy recipe if you like tacos and gravy.

Its says to use 5 tablespoons I use about 2 1/2 when I make this recipe. It will get spicy pretty quickly.
