Doubt you'll find a good one for that price range.
I bought a Food Saver from Costco on sale and paid right at $100 for it and picked up a variety box of bags to go with it and got out the store for around $140.
I've had no issues with it and have used it to bag up my homemade sausage, cut up chicken pieces, beef, pork, produce from my garden, etc.

I have been very happy with the Gamesaver. The gamesavers can seal more seals consecutively before going in to a cool down mode.
