Restaurant is pretty new, but steaks were seasoned really good. All of the steaks are cooked Pittsburgh style. Most restaurants in the Nola area don’t do it right but I’ll say we ordered a strip and filet both were perfectly cooked.

I've heard positive reviews from friends who've eaten there. If we cross the lake for dinner it'll be one on our list.

that’s a no for me. Any char on any protein is something I can’t tolerate.

They cook steaks to any temp you want just like a regular steakhouse. Not sure if OP mistyped that

I assume he meant they do it Pittsburgh style unless specifically asked otherwise. (Pittsburgh: charred outside, rare inside)

A 'perfect' pittsburgh is ok, but I have had em about 7-8 times and it almost never fails there is some charred burnt bits, once one of those bitter pieces gets in my teeth, I just cant shake it. I love a nice sear and rare center,

I will do them Pittsburgh style at home every now and then, but it is not my favorite.

Went for a large gathering which is usually the kiss of death (about 50 people). The steaks were cooked perfectly and delicious. SIdes were pretty good too. Definitely going back.

ETA - the bread pudding was awesome too.
