UMAI DRY AGE BAGS update

Anybody use these? Just got some today want to do a rib roast.
Just sealed a 14.5 lb. choice ribeye roast. Will update in 45/60 days

I used those bags to dry age a whole ribeye roast for 60 days. Cut off the outer edge and grilled up some steaks. They were really good, but not sure if all the work and waste of meat was worth it in the end.
