Do any of you use this seasoning? In what?

I've read about the health benefits, but very recently. Does anyone take it for health reasons.

Here's an article on it.

It is mild flavored and gives dishes, especially rice, a nice yellow color. It goes in my rice with peas and cumin that I serve with my Chinese ribs.

It is a part of my Indian and Ethiopean spice mixes. I have a friend who takes it in pill form for some reason.
