I've never seen this until this week. Local butcher had them marked down to $2/ea. I grabbed a couple of them at that price.

Anyone seen these before? Looking for some ideas for them.

my wife marinates them with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and smoked paprika and after 30 minutes she'll put em in the air fryer. we eat them wrapped in tortillas with avacado and purple onions......you can do a lot with them, mine are usually breast tenderloins.

I put one in the slow cooker seasoned with Mrs. Dash (trying to watch my sodium intake), mushrooms and some water. It was great!

I’ve smoked them before. They are awesome. I can never find them anymore.

I’ve done them by marinating in an Asian marinade (soy, rice vinegar, ginger, chili flakes, garlic, honey, etc), cook as instructed, reserve the marinade in a saucepan, reduce marinade down to a glaze to top the tenderloin. Comes out pretty good.

Never had it but I would totally try it smoked or grilled.
