Lots of traffic at that corner, should do well.
Just hope their restaurant is on the second floor, as that building sits in a flood zone (on the edge of Bluebonnet Swamp).

There was supposed to be a restaurant in there since that building opened. I’d welcome it since I’m close.

Same - that’s why I started the thread.
I’m less than a mile away - closest option is Hello sushi or have to go to Essen. We’ll be getting take out from there often I hope.
