This month, I will be traveling to Paris. I am looking for some authentic, local French cuisine in Le Marais, but nothing too pricey. Any must do restaurant suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Paris by mouth.com is a great resource. Use it.
I spent very little time in marais when I was there last but the most popular place in that area is actually a falafel place.
Have to inform you that that area is super hip now and pockets of it are the gay area of town. Just FYI.
By why limit yourself to the Marais? Paris so ridiculously easy to get around that you can have meals all over the place. I probably has a meal in 7-8 different neighborhoods.

Le Chateaubriand (world ranked)
Du Pain et des Idees (bakery, best bread and baked stuff maybe in the world)
Spring
Huiterie Regis (oysters)
And of course ice cream at Berthillion on the Isle St Louis
